Who We Are

Is

How We Serve

Our story isn’t about us.

It’s about you — the property owners, managers, tenants, and business leaders who rely on us to protect what matters most.

At Heusner Fire & Safety, we’ve built our reputation on one principle: do it right, or don’t do it at all. That means no shortcuts, no “just enough to pass inspection,” and no cutting corners. Instead, we treat every project like it’s protecting our own families.

Our Values

Integrity First
If it’s not safe, it’s not done.

Service That Stays
We don’t walk away after installation. We maintain, inspect, and support.

Community Focused
We care about the neighborhoods we serve because we live here too.

  • Roger Heusner Jr.- Principal | Director of Operations

Roger is a Licensed Fire Alarm Contractor, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and licensed Realtor who brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in fire alarm systems, inspections, installations, service, security, and CCTV systems. Roger also studied Computer Electronics at E.C.P.I University. Throughout his career he has worked with and alongside major national and regional fire protection companies, gaining firsthand experience across complex commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.

He was also a partner at ETRIER, LLC, a Delaware-based fire protection company, where he played a key role in delivering fire alarm installations, inspections, and system upgrades for banks, schools, daycare facilities, and large industrial sites. Roger’s diverse background blends technical mastery, military discipline, and professional integrity, shaping a company built on trust, reliability, and accountability. Beyond his professional achievements, he is committed to building lasting relationships with clients and treating them like family. His leadership is rooted in honesty, strong values, and a dedication to true life safety—ensuring every system installed or serviced not only meets code but performs when lives and property depend on it most.
